There are probably other things that you enjoy to do that help make you feel good such as reading a book, watching your favorite TV show or a movie, listening to music, visiting friends, or walking your dog. If any particular activity makes you feel good, then try to make time to do it whenever you feel stressed and unpleasant.
Try to laugh more, imagine achieving your goals and desires, take action rather than worry, relive your good experiences, and help and be kind to others. All of these activities help release natural body chemicals such as dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin that makes you feel happy and content.
Think about the activities that you find relaxing and pleasant. Write the most important things down in the worksheet and make sure that you schedule some time to do these, especially at times when you feel more tense and anxious.
