Look back at the unhelpful behavior that you have written down in Session 2. What do you think would have been better things to do? Look back at the previous exercise for clues as you perhaps have already thought of solutions, such as relax, concentrate, don’t less angry or frustrated, try things instead of avoiding them, etc. Is there anything that you could have said to others (or yourself) to make it better?
