Again, make some time to complete the second worksheet. Talk yourself through your memories of feeling vulnerable in the past. Is there anything that you want to say to the adults in your life then? Is there anything that you may have overlooked? What do you need or expect from people who are now in your life? Do you think it is reasonable? Can you find it in other, less demanding or more satisfying ways? Answer the questions to the best of your ability.
