Once you are more aware of these thoughts, you will be in a better position to address them and alter them so that they do not interfere with your ability to effectively parent your children. Use the following worksheet to outline your main ones and how they impact you and your family. You may find it helpful to refer back to an exercise in session 2 for any negative thoughts that you identified there (see Session 1, Topic 3: Identifying your Couple Conflict and Parenting Problems).
