Look again at the negative thoughts that you have written down and the types of thinking errors that you believe they are. For each, use the worksheet provided to write down what you think would have been better thoughts to have in the same situation. What would have been more accurate or true? For instance, if you thought “I am always a failure,” is that really true all the time? Or, would it perhaps have been more accurate to think “I sometimes make mistakes. It’s okay. Next time I’ll relax/concentrate more/etc. and do better.”
