Using the worksheet provided here, consider each value domain in turn. For instance: What do you really care about when it comes to work? Or your family? Or you as a parent, etc.? Are their specific morals, beliefs, and goals that guide you? Finding and using your inner compass will lead to less conflict, uncertainty, and happiness. You focus will improve. You will be able to spend more time on the things that really matter to you.
After writing down the values that apply to each of your life domains, think about your intention and plans to achieve those. Write down a couple of ideas. Remember to keep it as specific (but realistic) as possible, which will help you in the next step to frame it as measurable goals.
