Except for the final day, each lesson of this 14-day course consists of a reading and a guided audio meditation to practice twice. The guided meditations are 3 to 8 minutes long, so even a busy person can make time for them. You can listen to the audio meditations from this site – this works very well on tablets and smartphones too!
There are two suggested ways to follow the daily schedule:
- Complete the day’s reading in the morning, then practice the guided audio meditation; repeat the same guided meditation in the afternoon or evening.
- Complete the day’s reading in the afternoon or evening, then practice the guided audio meditation in the evening; repeat the same guided meditation the next morning.
