The Open Forest online Anxiety program is designed based on evidence-based cognitive-behavioral principles and techniques to help minimize symptoms that may be related to generalized and other anxiety disorders. Although it is not meant to replace professional medical or psychiatric treatment, the information and guidance offered have proven useful to achieve this goal. The program consists of nine sessions in total meant to be completed one per week or longer to give the user an opportunity to peruse the information and follow the practical exercises, of which there are plenty! But, why not see for yourself? Click here or on the image to watch the introductory video clip, or view more details online. To find out if you may benefit from the program, do a quick self-test.
