3 of the Best Daily Mindful Exercises

The mind needs a break from the everyday stress of our lives. It takes only five minutes each day to help our minds regroup.

  1. First, take a moment to sit down and focus on your breathing for five minutes.
  2. Second, take a new piece of music and listen to it from start to finish and embrace the sound.
  3. Third, choose an object around you and study it for two minutes and really look at the detail.

If you do this, you’ll find you’ll benefit quite a lot from the process.
